HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

To place an order with us, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Start by browsing through our extensive catalogue of Gadget Accessories. Take your time to explore the options until you find something you like. If you are looking for Phone Cases, don't forget to select the specific Phone Model to ensure compatibility. Similarly, for other products, choose the relevant device or variant. Once you have made your selection, indicate the quantity you require. Finally, click on the 'Add to Cart' button. Remember, you can add multiple products to your cart.
  2. In your 'My Cart' section, you have two options. You can either choose to continue shopping and add more items, or proceed to checkout for your existing order. The choice is yours!
  3. To proceed with the checkout process, you have a couple of login options. If you already have an account with us, simply log in using your existing credentials. If you are a new user, no worries! You can create a new account and get started right away. Alternatively, if you prefer not to create an account, you can checkout as a guest by providing either your phone number or email address.
  4. Once you have completed the above steps, it's time to finalize your order. Confirm your shipping address to ensure your package reaches you without any issues. Next, select your desired payment method from the available options. Finally, go ahead and place your order.
  5. After successfully placing your order, we will promptly send you an Order Number along with your Order Details to the registered email address or mobile number you provided during the checkout process.

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER ?

Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email/SMS confirming the details, as well as another email upon shipment. Once confirmed, simply await your awesome product/s to arrive.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY ?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24-48 hours and we try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major metro cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 6-8 working days depending on your delivery location.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Anywhere in India, we offer free Shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹ 399. For Orders less than ₹ 399, shipping charge of ₹ 49 will be charged.

International shipping rates depends on the country and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. MY ITEMS HAVEN'T ARRIVED YET. WHAT CAN I DO?

Please allow up to 8 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation.

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package.

If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner (This happens very rarely though).

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

Yes you can cancel the order within 12 hrs of placing the order. Send us an email on support@sillyvibe.com and we will cancel your order.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

If the product is in the condition of damaged or fitting issue, You can contact us through Contact us Form within 24 hours of delivery of the product & we are gonna make the replacement product. We are responsible to make a replacement and ship it as a priority to your shipping address.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY ?

If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our team. We will then investigate and send a replacement product.

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/ CREDIT CARD/ NET BANKING. THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BUT MY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED. WHAT REALLY HAPPENED WITH MY MONEY ?

Once you make payment via our payment gateway, the money gets deducted from the bank and then its received to our payment gateway. Sometimes due to connection issues, the money does get deducted from the bank but does not reach our payment gateway. In such cases, you do not need to panic. Within 5 - 7 days (depending on your bank), the money comes back to your bank account. If at all you do not receive that money, you can contact us, we will get in touch with required parties and give you a clear picture.
